Affiliate Agreement Policy



1. Enrollment & Authorization

By registering on the platform, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by this Affiliate Agreement Policy and all applicable platform rules.

The Company authorizes the Affiliate to promote approved offers using lawful marketing methods in accordance with the campaign terms provided in the dashboard.


2. Tracking & Attribution

All clicks, leads, conversions, and commissions shall be tracked exclusively through the Company’s tracking systems, including proprietary and third-party tools.

The data displayed in the tracking panel shall be the sole and final authority for determining performance, conversions, and payouts.

Affiliates must comply with all campaign restrictions, including but not limited to:

4. Conversion Validation

Conversions are subject to validation by the Advertiser within the agreed validation window.

Only conversions marked as approved in the tracking panel shall be eligible for payout.

Rejected conversions are final unless reversed by the Company at its sole discretion.


5. No Guaranteed Payouts

Affiliate acknowledges that commissions are not guaranteed and are payable only on approved conversions.

The Company shall not be liable for conversion rejections made in accordance with Advertiser validation rules.


6. Payment Terms

Approved commissions shall be paid as per the payout schedule and minimum thresholds displayed in the platform.

Payments may be withheld, delayed, or adjusted in cases of:

The Company’s decision regarding payouts shall be final and binding.


7. Fraud, Abuse & Termination

The Company reserves the unrestricted right to:

In cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, or violation of platform terms.

No prior notice shall be required.


8. Data Usage & Confidentiality

Affiliate data is collected solely for tracking, fraud prevention, payments, and compliance purposes.

Affiliates shall not misuse campaign data, tracking links, or confidential information.


9. Independent Contractor

Affiliates operate as independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.


10. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue.


11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.


12. Binding Acceptance

Use of the platform, acceptance of offers, or generation of traffic constitutes full acceptance of this Affiliate Agreement Policy.
